Delight in the royal blue and brass hues of the Blue Luxe diary cover. The source inspiration for this lavish design was a book nestled in Amsterdam's bustling heart in 1715, bound with richly gold-tooled goatskin. Inside the original volume lay the Oratio Dominica (Lord's Prayer) scribed in nearly 150 languages and dialects by English courtier John Chamberlayne, forming a universally significant masterpiece. Paperblanks' Blue Luxe cover captures the diverse cultural influences from its original embodiment, weaving a tangible bond between today's notes and yesterday's global interchange of ideas.

This is a pretty little diary. It twinkles in sunlight or under a table lamp. I have been buying these for at least a decade and used to get the really flashy ones, but lately, I've been too late to get my act together, and there are none left.
The Pen Company is such a reliable source for Paperblanks. I had to exchange one once (I'd ordered the wrong format) exchanged at no extra charge.
